Cookie Policy

1.1. Publication of this Cookie Policy (the Policy) is one of the personal data protection measures required by Article 17 of the Republic of Belarus Law No. 99-З of 7 May 2021 “On Personal Data Protection” (the Law).

1.2. This Policy explains to users of tendy.by (the Website), owned by ООО «ДЕФАЙНТ», UNP 291880617, how, for what purposes, and on what legal basis personal data contained in cookies is collected, used, or otherwise processed.

1.3. For this Policy, cookies are text files stored in the internet browser of a user’s device, such as a computer or mobile phone, when visiting a website, to record and/or remember user actions. Other terms have the meanings defined by the Law.

1.4. Cookie consent is managed through the Probo banner (trust.tendy.by). Category choices are stored in the probo_consent cookie and the Probo consent log.

1.5. In addition to cookies, the Website may use browser localStorage to save the light/dark theme and the Probo visitor identifier. The theme is not sent to the server and is not a cookie.

2.1. The Website uses cookies in these categories according to purpose: necessary; functional; targeting (analytics, statistics, and advertising, only with the User’s consent).

2.2. Cookies may be session cookies, deleted when the browser closes, or persistent cookies, stored until expiry or deletion by the User.

3.1. Necessary cookies ensure full and correct Website operation and are processed regardless of whether the User gives consent.

3.2. Functional cookies improve the user experience after registration and sign-in. The legal basis is a contract (paragraph 15, Article 6 of the Law), as they remember interface settings while services are provided under the contract.

3.3. Targeting cookies for analytics, statistics, and advertising are processed only with consent to personal data processing. On the first Website visit, the User can accept necessary cookies, accept all categories, or customize cookie usage.

3.4. The User may change cookie settings, including withdrawing previous consent, through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, which opens the Probo panel, or through browser settings.

4.1. Authentication cookies are processed when accessing the Service API on ООО «Надежные программы» (Hoster.by) infrastructure in the Republic of Belarus.

4.2. When tendy.by pages load, technical cookies and request headers are processed on ООО «Надежные программы» (Hoster.by) infrastructure in the Republic of Belarus; this processing in Belarus is not a cross-border transfer of personal data.

4.3. When third-party analytics services (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, and PostHog) are used, technical data and identifiers may be transferred across borders to the third parties listed in the Appendix only after the User consents to analytics cookies.

6.1. Most browsers accept cookies by default. Users can delete previously stored cookies using the relevant browser history option. Some browsers offer an incognito mode to limit the information stored.

6.2. Users can also disable cookies in browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may cause some Website features, including sign-in, to work incorrectly.

6.3. Details on cookie management are available on the official websites of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge.

7.1. The Operator may amend this Policy and notifies users of significant changes through the Service or by email. A new version takes effect no earlier than 10 calendar days after publication on the website, unless the text specifies another date.
